Dixie won a JEF Grant today! The celebration included a fantastic surprise parade complete with a drum line. 🥁

🇺🇸 What an incredible start to the day at Converse Elementary! 🇺🇸
Our Veterans Day Car Parade this morning was a huge success! The students and staff brought such wonderful energy, waving flags and showing their heartfelt appreciation for our veterans.
A special and heartfelt shout-out goes to two of our very own staff members who served our country: Ms. George and Ms. Hollis-Celestine! Thank you both for your service and for everything you do for our students every single day. We are so proud to have you as part of the Converse family!

We've got exciting progress to share on the construction at Converse Elementary!
Our campus leadership team recently had an awesome tour under the building to check out the work firsthand. The team at Bandy Construction has been busy with some serious excavation! They've dug out hundreds of truckloads of dirt from both under the building and the back parking lot area.
We appreciate everyone's patience as we continue to move forward with this project to enhance our school!

What an incredible morning! 🎉 We sent off Ms. Murray's and Ms. Diaz's amazing students to the Special Olympics in style! The entire school lined the hallways for a high-energy cheering section as our athletes paraded through.
